Donations- Once made are binding and no refund will normally be offered. However, the “I Ride With Chloe to Fight Dementia” charity will fully examine all requests made within 24 hours of donation for refund and endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified, however we are under no obligation to give refunds and the decision on refunds will be at the “I Ride With Chloe to Fight Dementia” charity’s discretion. Request for the refund should be emailed to chloe@iridewithchloe.com stating full reason for request.
Products– If after receiving your purchased product and you are not completely satisfied, a refund of purchase price will be given if goods are returned in original and unused condition within 7 days of receiving goods. Please email your intention to return product immediately to chloe@iridewithchloe.com . All postage costs for return are to be paid by the buyer. The “I ride With Chloe to Fight Dementia” charity will not be responsible for parcel lost, damaged or theft during transport or postage of the returning item or items.
